Who we are
Nearby Pest Pros (nearbypestpros.com) is a free pest control quote and referral service owned and operated by RxH. We do not perform the work. We match homeowners with one participating local provider; that provider performs all work, sets pricing and manages service.
Information we collect
- ZIP code, service requested, homeowner confirmation, name, street address, phone number and, where shown, email address.
- Approximate city, state and country inferred from your network address so the page can suggest a location. Your raw IP address is never shown on the page or stored in the Airtable lead record.
- The consent wording shown to you and the time you accepted it.
- Campaign details such as UTM parameters, click identifiers, referring page, landing page and browser information.
How we use and share it
We use your information to validate the request, prevent duplicates, measure campaign performance and send the request to the single provider shown on the form. We do not sell your request to multiple providers. We use service providers for hosting, secure lead routing and advertising measurement. Browser analytics never receive your plain-text name, email, phone or address. A network address may be sent transiently to our advertising measurement provider when a quote request is accepted so browser and server conversion events can be matched.
When our host cannot supply an approximate location, we send your IP address to GeoJS over an encrypted connection for a city-level estimate. We do not send GeoJS your name, contact details, entered address or form answers. See the GeoJS privacy policy. IP location can be inaccurate; your entered ZIP code always controls provider matching. The form works even when this optional lookup fails.
Your matched provider is confirmed by your entered ZIP code before you submit, and only that provider receives your request. The form names the provider and links its privacy policy and terms before you consent.
Google business information
Where shown, Google ratings and review counts are dated observations, not automatically refreshed totals. The Google Maps embed and links connect your browser to Google. Google may receive your IP address and browser information when its content loads. We do not put your entered street address, ZIP or contact details in these Google URLs. Google’s privacy policy applies to its services.
Calls, texts and opting out
When you check the consent box, you agree that the exact provider named on the form may call or text you about the residential service requested, including using automated technology, prerecorded messages and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Your choices
To request access, correction or deletion, email privacy@nearbypestpros.com. Information already transmitted to a matched provider is also governed by that provider’s privacy policy linked on the form.
Children and changes
This service is intended for adults who own their home. We do not knowingly collect information from children. We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
